The client-facing surface

A curated luxury property marketplace across ten markets - the UAE, France, Monaco, Switzerland, Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Azerbaijan and Georgia - designed and built end to end: layout, copy, a custom SVG world map and the animation throughout.

Buyers filter by country, type, beds, size and price, and switch between off-plan and resale. Six curated collections cut across all of it - Best Price, High Yield, Ready to Move, Early Access, High Growth and Trophy - each earned against a published Smart Deal Score, so a listing has to prove why it is there.

An ROI calculator models a purchase over three, five or ten years on conservative, base or aggressive assumptions. An AI advisor answers questions in plain language. Every route out - the enquiry form, a WhatsApp deep link, a thirty-minute call - lands on one named advisor rather than a queue.
